I like how easy it was to use for my team! The training videos are great too. It really helped me get all the features out there so we could start using them right away. We were able to see exactly what our metrics looked like which allowed us to make better decisions about where to spend time and money with our marketing efforts. There isn't anything specific I dislike at this point. If you're looking for a tool that will help your organization be more efficient then this is an excellent choice. I have been able to track key trends over multiple months at a glance. This has given us insight into past campaigns that didn't perform as well as expected.
