The side brush on my almost 4 year old Roomba 650 is long worn out. I didn't care as he picked up the dirt twice a week and generally made the carpet more civilized. But when I examined his undercarriage, which was in a deplorable state, I decided to see if there were any spares. In fact, there are many possibilities. But reading reviews (both from this company and other companies) there was a constant theme about the wrong side brush screw. Well I unscrewed my old one and used the same screw to put the new one in and it fit perfectly. I'm just writing this review so that someone else doesn't have to worry - worked like a charm! I was ready to resize if needed, but 10 minutes after opening the bag, my Roomba was already slowly bouncing around me, now happily licking the walls with its side brush. It seemed to pick up a lot more fine fluff, but I think that's because the main brush is a bit longer. Anyway, I replaced all the parts and they all fit perfectly. The filter clicked a little differently than the old one, but it ended up being a solid click. This is a very inexpensive replacement. I look forward to swapping parts again, maybe in two years. . .
