Item is ok but does not fit 1999 Windstar
They look good and will probably work like gangsters if you can fit them but unfortunately they do not fit my 1999 Ford Windstar in spite of everything do what Revain told me to do. The distance between the centers of the mounting holes is offset by a few millimeters. I mostly just made a bracket or drilled new holes but neither was possible due to the distance.
