Didn't get 200

I divided them by color to count how many of each and I have 198 in total and the listing is for 200. Two are short but I paid for 200. they have an odd texture that makes me wince (like fingernails on a chalkboard) and look like a big colored cotton ball. They will work for the purpose I got them for, but the quality isn't the best. Some are rounder than others and some are smaller than others, they are inconsistent.
