I love this tofu press
Love it! It's very durable and made of bamboo, it works great! The principle of this product is very simple. Simply place the tofu in the middle between two plates. After that, just use both handles on top and tighten firmly. After turning the knobs far enough and seeing your tofu shrink, let it sit for about 15 minutes and excess water will be removed from it.
