This is the only e-collar I will be buying, my first one I bought for my Doberman in 2018. It only came out this year so I went back to my purchase history and bought a newer version. The new one has an on/off button on the collar itself, which is good for saving battery when not in use, although the old collar's battery life is great! This is an amazing collar, it works well, sometimes I've used it when he was outside and I was inside, I signaled him to stop barking and he understood that was a sign. I don't normally use electroshocks, but a couple of times when he was younger, during freewheel practice, it worked well. I had no problems and the remote comes handy with a strap, sometimes I attach it to my key clip when we're at the park. However, this is a great e-collar for beginners if you are new to it and wondering whether or not to buy one. I like that it has a beep, vibrate and shock function to make it easier to explain to people who think collars are inhumane and cruel to animals.
