Great design with cheap hardware.

I loved this product. At first the assembly went well until I tried to mount the 2 screws that hold the plastic ring to the height. One just ripped off, I barely put it in, now it's worthless and stuck in there, not flush. On the second, I was able to do gently with minimal stripping. See photos. I must destroy the mount if I must remove the cap. I will contact the company to see if they can send me replacement hardware. I cannot remove them for return without destroying them. I will update my review after they reply. Some information about me
