It's very useful, I like that it has been developed specifically with customer service in mind from start right through delivery so there is no need or risk using other software which can have unforeseen consequences down stream (as sometimes happens when you are not familiar).
Sometimes things don't quite work as they should especially if your system requires manual entry but overall we've had great success! We're solving issues across multiple departments including technical support tickets where our customers would otherwise be frustrated waiting days/weeks before receiving an answer etc..
