I bought this product for my role as a hairdresser during the pandemic, now surprisingly I have embraced it wholeheartedly. I have to say that I read a lot of reviews and was skeptical about the durability. While I think it's quite flexible, it works really well as long as you use a comb or fingers to lift your hair as you cut it. If you don't help with the shearing, the hair will not get into the beast's mouth and will remain unshorn like lost sheep. I should add that this is a fairly common problem with longer clippers. . They seem to get harder to use the longer the haircut they are used in, unless you help the hair back up enough to be trimmed.
