This is the single best innovation in swamp technology! I hated cleaning my filter socks! I've tried switching to nylon mesh socks, which are easier to clean than felt, but don't pick up nearly as much dirt despite the same micron rating. They work as well or even better than felt and you just throw away the insert and use a new one! So easy and convenient! love these things! The only downside is the cost of the earbuds considering I change them every 2 days. To be fair my 180 gallon display has a 9 inch hippo, an 8 inch sailboat, a 7 inch fox face, a 5 inch and a 4 inch hippo, a 4 inch -Nigga trigger, a 3 inch yellow eyed Koletang and a school of 6 green Chromis and about 6 or 7 other fish.
