I found that i was easy to setup the system. Using the iphone listening program set the perfect base volume for enjoyable listening. ( you can increase o decrease the volume using the iphone.There is also the convenience of having three levels of listening, Unfortunately, I lost the right earbud. The earbud feels so comfortable that forget I was wearing it. I lost it through my inexperience with earbuds.( they did mention this possibility in the directions).I am saving up to purchase another set as they really worked for me. Along
