The app is a god sent. The app went thru a long process to figure out which frequencies didn't work for him and adjusted the hearing aid accordingly. This feature used to be only available by the professional. Now, we can do it with this unit.I'd purchased others (in-ear, over-the ear, etc.) before. All adjustments were controlled via the buttons on the unit and each setting gave a beep or two as feedback. It sounded nice; but guess what, that didn't work for my dad who had hearing issues, duh!

These did not pair with my smart phone, tried dozens of times, but no success. The ear pieces are rather large and can come out of the ear very easily. No size adjustments for smaller or larger ear canals, they are quite bulky and stand out quite large in the ear.

Although they look good and seemed well made I could not get them to work for me I ended up with a much less expensive $40 pair of amplifiers that work beautifully

I like the sound the problem was when I went out it would keep disconnecting with my phone in my pocket. Then when it disconnect it would not reconnect. In order to reconnect them I had to put them in the charging case. The problem was When I go out I don’t take the charging case with me so I had to wait till I got home to reconnect them.

Got these for my mom, small and simple to use, very good amplifier, this unit works very well and holds a charge for an incredibly long timeso she can hear the tv without waking the entire neighborhood! Works great for the price!

My husband loves them. Hands free phone. He can hear 100% better. I don't have to holler at him anymore. Hearing Amplifiers.

The noise cancelling is superb, Bluetooth sounds great and the app allows lost of customization and even cancellation of loud sharp noises, but for the actual hearing amplifier position they do not receive low tones, music on the tv has no bass and sounds tin like. Also a fan sounds like a waterfall.

Like linked cell phone app. Not happy with comfort. Take them off after a couple of hours. Sensitive to noises. That's my review.

Waste of money as they do not help me hear. The background noise is awful. I am beyond frustrated with the $140 being wasted. I don't recommend anyone else waste their money.

I have used these hearing aids for several weeks now, and I love them. It is difficult for me to hear the TV without blasting it so it is uncomfortable for others. This is great for hearing TV at normal volume levels. I have also been wearing it for conversation and other things my hearing had difficult with. A bonus is being bluetooth allowing me to use the hearing device for music, tv shows on my phone/ipad, etc.

It took a while to tweak the settings to get them just right. I like that they automatically switch between hearing mode and Bluetooth (for phone calls and music) and that you can set the sound levels for each independently.One small complaint, the Bluetooth connection does not automatically start every time I put in the ear buds and I have to go into settings to connect.But overall, after 6 months, I am very satisfied.

I could never get these to fit my ears correctly, I have difficult ear canals to work with and I could never get the different levels to work either. I ended up getting custom hearing aids for my ears after trying about 6 different ear aids.

I bought these about 3 weeks ago because I have moderate hearing loss from recent medical issues. I was going to visit my 89 year old mom who has a very soft voice and last time I had to ask her so many times to repeat herself. This time I could hear her fine. These work so good in the noisy environment setting I could hear her even at Texas Roadhouse! The battery life is less than a day only using them as hearing aids, no phone and no streaming. They don’t stay in and are uncomfortable.

It also comes with an app that tests your hearing and sets up your device to match the results. If you are technology savvy, these will probably work well for you!

Bluetooth feature is nice for listening to music but not for talking on the phone. After 4 months, doesn’t hold a charge more than 3 or 4 hours, which isn’t long enough for me. Would give it 3.5 stars due to not holding a charge like it should.
