I have used these hearing aids for several weeks now, and I love them. They have made it possible to carry on a conversation with friends and family, and I no longer feel isolated because I have been missing so much of what has been said. I took the hearing test with my iPhone, and it showed, as expected, a significant and profound hearing loss in the high frequencies, and the aids use this information to boost the output where it is needed. I typically run the aids in the 50-70% power boost range, and it makes all the difference in the world. I can also choose the environment, such as a noisy place or a quiet place to have the aids set the appropriate sound boost area without having to fiddle with the power output. I find I can get by for up to 8 hours to without having to recharge the aids, and the handy carrying case/recharger can go several days without needing to be recharged. Occasionally one falls out if I am active, but the fall has cause no damage. A wider range of tip sizes would be useful. Oh, and the bluetooth works perfectly for music or telephone calls with my iPhone. I give this an overall 5-star rating for value for the money and 4 stars for comfort.
