Great product for my dad!
The app is a god sent. The app went thru a long process to figure out which frequencies didn't work for him and adjusted the hearing aid accordingly. This feature used to be only available by the professional. Now, we can do it with this unit.I'd purchased others (in-ear, over-the ear, etc.) before. All adjustments were controlled via the buttons on the unit and each setting gave a beep or two as feedback. It sounded nice; but guess what, that didn't work for my dad who had hearing issues, duh!
