First of all I have to say that I have only used the black cartridge so far as my color ink has not yet run out. I had no problems or error messages during the installation. I just followed the instructions. The cartridge was a little tricky to remove and swap out just because it's a cozy place. A person with thumbs may have more problems. I just had to pull it gently and wiggle it slightly to get it out. Only a firm push is required to insert. After the printer setup was complete, I printed a test page and the colors were satisfactory. I am happy with my purchase and would buy again based on my experience so far.
