This ink is very easy to install and prints exactly like the official branded ink. However, you can no longer use this ink due to a recent Epson XP 440 printer update which makes this ink fake. Luckily I never update my printer so it didn't bother me, but others do update their printers. Once again I needed printer ink. I shook and banged and slapped the cartridges, tried too many times to fool the printer, but finally got the message "Ink empty, replace cartridge". Everything was fine with the new cartridges on my Epson Home Expression XP440 all in one. An automatic software update for the printer was started with these cartridges and now not all cartridges are recognized and I can't use the error or printer can't clear message. 4 hours working on it. Here's what I wrote when I first received this item: I didn't know what to expect as I've never bought replacement ink, but it seems ok. Copies are good and so far no complaints. Today: I've used my printer half a dozen times with these cartridges and suddenly my printer tells me it doesn't recognize them! What the hell? and what a waste of $$$ I didn't even open the second black cartridge. So very disappointed and angry that I wasted my money. From now on I will stick with OEM products.

Great product. I really like the extra black ink update. I have never returned or reviewed a product but this ink needs some credit. After using this product for several months I have to say that I am really satisfied with it. Late at night with a tight deadline, the new "budget" cartridge naturally doesn't fit in the printer. INCOMPLIATED CARTRIDGE message because your printer is smiling in your face. GRRRRRRRRRRR. I'm a big fan of EZink cartridges. I have used EZink on many occasions with different printers and they have always worked. This is the essence of cartridges.
