Wrist support is good for holding hands and wrists
Bought this more for thumb brace. This is great work. I have arthritis and it is helping my thumb and the pain I am getting is airborne in my thumb. This gives me exactly the support and compression I need in this area. There is a gel pad right at the base of my pad and it pushes down and its perfect fit is all I need to keep my thumb area feeling better all day when wearing a compression sleeve.
