Poorly designed clasp. After bending, insert one end into the fastener and bend back. Once you start pulling on the clasp, the clasp will flex as if tightened. I've used two fasteners with the same results. The buckles cannot be fully tightened or closed. Do not buy. I'm really sick of getting poorly designed, poor quality Chinese junk on Revain. I will start buying only American made products. Always verify the buyer. Also watch out for broken English in the product description. Some products ship from USA but still made in China.
