Love this dress. I’m 4.5 months pregnant, 5’6” and 150lbs (145 prepregnancy) and the medium fits great. My only complaint is after washing it, while I did hang to dry as instructed, there were crease marks left on the material. Not wrinkles mind you, but creases where the color is now lighter than the rest of the dress. It’s extremely minimal and it might be that I left it too long in the wash before I hung it to dry. To prevent this, you may try pulling it out immediately after the cycle finishes, and hanging it somehow that there are minimal creases in the fabric.
