Defective - didn't work

Brand new, unboxed, toaster didn't work. The magnetic part that holds the toast won't get stuck, so you can't toast anything. The egg part worked, but it doesn't help me if the whole thing doesn't work. The seller was great, the item was no longer available so they refunded the money as I couldn't buy it anymore.
