Triple display with extended monitors on new Macbook M1 works great

I just received a new Macbook Air with an M1 chip which unfortunately only supports an extended display natively. I have two external monitors in my office and needed a USB-C hub to support them. I found this product at a very good price and I'm glad I bought it. The packaging is just a small brown box with minimal branding, nothing special. In the box there is a USB hub, a carrying case and an instruction manual. I've used DisplayLink before, and knowing that this USB hub supports DisplayLink, I immediately downloaded the drivers and installed them first. As soon as I connected my monitors to the USB hub, they were both recognized immediately, but the resolution was a little off. I have to manually adjust the resolution to get native displays of 3440x1440 and 1920x1080 on 2 monitors. In just a few seconds I now have triple displays with enhanced mode. It is recommended to connect the USB C PD power adapter to avoid draining the battery too fast, since running two extended monitors requires a lot of power. In terms of latency, I hardly noticed any latency when doing normal multitasking with productivity apps. I can watch video on one screen while working in the office on the other two screens and the response is quick. It's good to have USB 3.0 ports, I connected a USB wireless receiver for keyboard and mouse and now this hub works as a docking station. Just one cable to my Macbook and I can work with all the peripherals already connected. I use an SD card reader from time to time and it's hard to tell if it's any slower than using a dedicated SD card reader. I transfer a maximum of one hundred 24-megapixel photos at a time and it only takes a few seconds. The headphone jack is handy for connecting a separate speaker, but I prefer using Bluetooth headphones so I don't disturb anyone in the office. Overall I am very impressed with this product. I'll admit I was skeptical at first as other similar products that are bulky and less portable cost around $150 and up, but after using this product for high performance and multitasking I can say I love this one Highly recommend the product.
