Review on Logitech iPad Air (3rd gen) Keyboard Case: Slim Folio with Wireless Keyboard - Graphite by Tony Flugence

Revainrating 4 out of 5

No instructions in Computers and Accessories

My main criticism is that there were no written instructions on how to pair the keyboard with the iPad Air. When I finally decided to do what my kids "google" I could just link it. There are "international guidelines for image diagrams", but that's about it. It's a very comfortable keyboard, you just have to get used to the fact that it doesn't have a cursor, because of course the iPad has a touchscreen. When I watched the keyboard pairing video, the packaging was different from mine. There are no instructions for iOS buttons, and since I'm not a 100% Apple user, I have no idea what "CMD" (with the little clover icon) or other buttons do. I might have to google it too. Overall I bought the Slim Folio because my daughter had one and loved it. I'm more comfortable with the 3D keyboard than the onscreen keyboard. This keyboard is very comfortable to use and the keys are positioned in a way that allows my fingers to "move" across the keyboard. Have fun with the keyboard! UPDATE: The Logitech website didn't recognize my serial number either. However, one was on the box and one on the keyboard. I know neither one nor the other. The caps lock key didn't work. Returned mine today (5/15/20 and asked for a replacement. Should be here by Sunday 5/17/20. Mine also had no fn button or mic button to activate Siri. I lost what is in the picture. Will update , once replacement arrives. Also. How do you enable/disable the keyboard? I've also had success with other Logitech products other than this one. UPDATE #2 Revain replaced case 1. Still having problems with the CAPS LOCK key not working Received a "ticket" from Logitech, maybe he'll send it back too.
