Badly done - Locksmith had trouble changing keys

Locksmith is changing keys for our whole house. My key was in this Honeywell lock and I couldn't get it out without taking it apart. Other brands of locks in our house are fine and work well. The locksmith is back working on it but says the spindle is popping because the key is missing the tip. It is possible that the interior has not been properly finished. The handle cannot be disassembled until it is attached. Cannot return to Revain as it is no longer in resale condition and no packaging for return postage. So buy local and pay a locksmith to re-manufacture a different product. Aggravating.
