He definitely does what he says, which is peeling fruits and vegetables. The quality isn't impressive, but you knew that for the price. You will not remove or replace the blade. You definitely won't sharpen it. But that's a heck of a lot better than borrowing $100,000 to get that fancy peeler that doesn't peel your veggies much better. Which I think works great. I mean, it's hard to screw up a play. Lies comfortably in the hand. Good deal, keep it in the kitchen but don't show it to overbearing friends.
