does what it says Covers the USB and Ethernet ports, which I like.
It's thick, offers plenty of rear space and doesn't add much weight to the device. If you want to install a fan there, it is enough to just drill a vent hole. Cheap enough that you don't feel bad. I prefer this to the large back cover as it greatly affects the thickness of the folded screen and affects the corners of the screen when screwed to its large base. No complaints. Easy to assemble and fulfills everything you need.
