Review on Sharper Image GO 9 Black Rechargeable Portable Fan with Stand, Adjustable Head Tilt and 3 Speeds by Dan Husband

I wasn't sure I would actually use a portable fan but the Sharper Image GO 9 is great! I actually pick it up and take it with me when I change rooms in the house. The fan is small but powerful, even the lowest speed is still powerful and is usually enough to keep me cool. The fan can be used while charging and/or while plugged in. A micro USB cable and 5V 3A power adapter are included. I love that the Sharper Image includes a wall adapter as many devices these days don't have one. What about Micro USB? Can the fan also be charged by computer? The fan is pretty quiet. It's not quiet, I know it's on. But it's not loud loud. The fan will automatically set to maximum speed when turned on. This always surprises me, because of course the highest speed is significantly louder than the lowest. The speed is adjusted with the + and - buttons on the back, and there is also a power button. On the back of the fan, in addition to the buttons, there is also an indicator light that shows the battery status. I want it to flash orange when the fan needs charging as I don't always notice the difference between fading red (low charge) and flashing red (needs charging). The upward and downward angle of the fan can be adjusted. tilt up and down. The bottom of the stand is lined with foam to avoid scratching surfaces.
