I tested this with 3 different PS/2 keyboards and each USB port on my computer and on a completely different PC (both Windows 10 PCs) just to make sure it wasn't mine is to blame. This adapter sometimes completely cuts off the power supply for about half a second. The keyboard doesn't turn off (as far as Windows can tell), but all the indicators (caps lock, numlock, scroll lock) turn off and input is ignored until they light up again, forcing you to go back and type again or to correct the word you used when it happened. I don't know if this is related to a faulty adapter, but it seems unlikely as the problem only occurs from time to time, completely randomly. I'm inclined to think there might be some sort of firmware issue with it. However, I have to admit that this never happened while playing the game. So no "accidental" deaths from input loss. Perhaps you'd rather spend a little more for a higher-quality adapter. This one was cheap enough and I'm poor enough to continue to deal with the intermittent problem this device exhibits.
