I bought this because I need to moisturize my heels. I wore them for 3 hours and noticed my leg turning black and blue. Although I damaged it but when I looked closely the markings on these socks matched the markings on my foot. They got cold and my toes and soles looked like bruises. The socks left a deep imprint on my foot so I figured it out. After they were removed, my leg took almost 30 minutes to recover. I have very narrow ankles and wear women's shoes from a size 7 1/2 to 8. I've read reviews that they are small and narrow, but I wear very narrow shoes and I wasn't expecting this!
