The ease of use, it is very simple to set up an account with this system which makes for quick results when conducting background checks in addition there are many options that can be used depending upon your needs or requirements as well! Nothing specifically I dislike about this software but maybe having more information available would make my job easier if needed at any time? Very user friendly & easy process overall from start-to finish! We have been able to get accurate reports within minutes using their service compared to other companies who take weeks/months sometimes even longer than required by law before they provide you details regarding employment history etc.. I like that it is thorough in its screening process, and also provides some insights into the candidate's skillset based off of their responses to interview questions. It can be time consuming for candidates who are not familiar with the software or have less experience using this type of program. We use Assurehire as part of our hiring process at my current employer. The benefits include having an easy way to screen applicants quickly without taking up too much time during interviews.
