I have read other reviews of this brace which runs small. With the sizes suggested on the packaging, I ended up at the top of the "medium" size class. I was going to order a large but since people were saying these braces were too small I decided to order the X-Large. It fits perfectly. If it was a little smaller, it would be too small. I suggest ordering at least one size larger than pack sizes, or two sizes larger as you approach the top of the size range. In terms of quality, this is a good support. Well made, with an aluminum hoop inside to keep your wrist in the right position and four velcro adjustment points to get a custom fit. I love that it has stretch cotton/viscose on the inside as my skin doesn't like synthetic fabrics that don't breathe. I also like that it's a neutral color so it's less noticeable when I have to wear it in public. It can be washed, which is convenient (after pulling out the metal clip). The orthosis itself is great, but I deducted one star because of the manufacturer's incorrect recommendation on the packaging.
