Diluted Shampoo
I regularly buy Paul Mitchell Shampoo. Texture and volume have never bought. The shampoo looks like it has been diluted with water. When I use the pump it's so thin it flows right out of my hands. I have to apply four times as much to my hair to make it lather evenly. I have never had this problem with Paul Mitchell when shopping in a store or ordering from other sellers. I would not buy again
