Love these stones. Mine are very smooth. The stones fold up easily and nicely, although I leaned them against the sides of the aquarium to save space. My aquarium is a 4 gallon biorb tube so unfortunately the images of the rocks in my videos and photos look a bit distorted. You are not. Anyway these rocks are big enough for my betta to get in and out of all day. There are holes on either side of each rock that they can swim through or into. The color is also very pleasant. Gray with black dots. Very happy with this product.
