Great while it lasted

I have loved this beard trimmer since I first used it. But now (7 months later) it won't start because the batteries are dead. They will not press charges either. Yesterday I started trimming at 62% charge and couldn't get past half of the face. Finally I changed the batteries. The first battery is 100% charged and the second fully discharged. I can't find the product website and I don't know if there is a guarantee. As far as I know, $60 is down the drain.
