Works well. My only issue is that when removing the cutting head for cleaning and oiling, I accidentally broke the plastic tab holding the head. I can't find any information on replacement parts and the only answer to any questions about replacement parts is to contact the manufacturer. about which I can not find any information.

I have loved this beard trimmer since I first used it. But now (7 months later) it won't start because the batteries are dead. They will not press charges either. Yesterday I started trimming at 62% charge and couldn't get past half of the face. Finally I changed the batteries. The first battery is 100% charged and the second fully discharged. I can't find the product website and I don't know if there is a guarantee. As far as I know, $60 is down the drain.

So overall the product is ok; I only use it as a beard trimmer. Battery life has been great so far, and you get an extra battery if you need one. The blades cut well and it feels good in my hand. The width or thickness is a bit large, which helps cover a large area faster, but it's not enough when you're trying to create more detailed areas; no deal killer. Unfortunately the blade assembly fell apart in the box after my last use and I can't put the spring mechanism back in after seeing similar setups on YouTube. I used a two way electric trimmer where I switched the active side to even out the wear and tear. The hair length guide also had to be reassembled each time. I've never had the correct geometry of my mustache with guide teeth that go all the way to the nose. Now the nose-troubling approach is no longer necessary. As long as I like it It has an adjustable length with no protection, which I really like. That's all I use. I've been using it for a long time and never had to clean it or anything.
