So overall the product is ok; I only use it as a beard trimmer. Battery life has been great so far, and you get an extra battery if you need one. The blades cut well and it feels good in my hand. The width or thickness is a bit large, which helps cover a large area faster, but it's not enough when you're trying to create more detailed areas; no deal killer. What I don't like is that the guards on the face are really uncomfortable. I've had a beard for over a decade now and this is the only beard trimmer I've used and I've had this feeling. Not to mention, if you twist the trimmer vertically to cut a line, cut into the hair, and pull it back, it cuts poorly. So the only option is to cut towards the hair, which isn't that accurate. So I'm confused. The trimmer works perfectly, but I'm already thinking about replacing it.
