No customer service if it breaks
Love this trimmer, it works very well, has great depth of cut attachments, works quite well. Unfortunately the blade assembly fell apart in the box after my last use and I can't put the spring mechanism back in after seeing similar setups on YouTube. It seems that this company has no online contact point or any kind of support, even in the packaging that came with the product. Now I'm thinking about buying another trimmer. Due to the lack of customer support, I recommend NOT purchasing this product.
