The ability to have in one place all my event information from different venues. It also allowed me to keep track of tickets I was holding for people who had purchased them but were no longer showing up at their appointment time. Sometimes there would be some errors with ticket info or duplicate entries into our database which made things difficult when trying to resolve issues. However, once we figured out how to correct these problems they did eventually go away. Keep working through any initial issues so that everything runs smoothly after launch! We've been able to more easily communicate between departments within our organization without having to send multiple emails back and forth. This has helped us streamline communication across teams and reduce unnecessary work.
