It starts off strong, but not for long.
I bought this pump to power 2 small fountains in my carp pond. I hooked up and plugged in the fountains and it worked about as well as I expected, powering 2 fountains. But after about a month of use, the consumption drops to about half of the original consumption. I removed the impeller cover, cleaned the inside and made sure there was no clog in either the inlet or outlet. But it does not matter. My fountains hardly flow now.
