Not bad for $50, good for TV and video

They cost $50 (or $52+) Nothing fancy but I think the set was worth the retail price. I highly doubt it's 300 watts. If you're using this for a PC or even a TV let me give you some good advice on plugging it in with the speaker volume at maximum first (mine stopped at 16) and then setting your device's volume to 0 for you to plug that in adjusted so that you can adjust the volume of the speakers better, after that you no longer have to adjust the speakers yourself. Now, if your device is a PC, Realtek sound on most modern PCs usually comes with a software equalizer, which then turns the treble control to maximum for the speakers and the subwoofer bass to 50-60%. Go into the equalizer settings and make manual adjustments until you get the sound you want. Personally I use a bit more treble than bass because I'm watching movies and such on my computer and I don't want the voices to be muffled and bassy. These are just a few simple tips that you don't have to follow, but if you want to get the most out of this system, use an equalizer. I highly recommend this set if you are on a budget and/or don't want more than 2.1 stereo.
