The last charging cable I had was fairly charged but started falling apart after a few weeks, it was 2 packs and it happened to both cables. With this charger, the cable appears to be more durable and allows for faster charging. On first use I plugged it in when my iPhone was just under 20%, after about 20 minutes it was at 90%. This is a faster charge than most. Seems to be a better quality Lightning cable than others I've had. I like the length too. I hope this lasts long. I would recommend this cable.
