Overall very cute, summery dress!
I am 5'5" 150lbs and a medium fit very well. I think it might've been a bit more flattering on me if it were just an inch shorter - it hits me just below the knees. The fabric is VERY thin, but somehow its not see-through, which I thought was impressive since I purchased in a light blue color. All of the buttons are real. This fabric has no stretch, so if you're concerned about fit you might want to size up to avoid any gaping due to the buttons.
