Foam pad for making sugar flowers

I really like the large hole in the center of one of these pads. It is bigger than holes in other pads so you can roll the flower paste over it and make a larger bump as when making the calyx for a rose. This bump is then under the calyx to make the greenery of the rose more realistic.

Pros

Works great when I use it to make my fondant decorations

Cons

The foam may be prone to absorbing oils or other liquids, making it less hygienic for repeated use in a commercial setting
