Excellent product, does what it promises. Super easy to apply; I tiled the two outdoor areas with a paint roller. Went very quickly, got wet and dried quickly. As instructed, after 4 hours I checked the area and it was sealed. I couldn't detect any smell from the outside. I wish I had applied this to my outdoor BBQ and dining area 5 years ago when it was first built. Over the years, grease and splatters from dinner guests have soiled part of my oven and are impossible to remove. After applying last week we had a party and a couple of guests spilled and everything came out spotless! The item is also available. I have used another product from this company which was also excellent but for some reason the quart was $45! It was a lot cheaper and it worked. After drying you will see no difference between protected and unprotected area; it absolutely retains its original appearance. I have an outdoor shower room and only wanted to use the product around the shower (not needed elsewhere). It's impossible to tell where the product has been applied and where it hasn't unless the area gets wet! Then you will really see how well protected the stone slab is; Water collects in bubbles. With a paint roller and a suitable tub, you can paint a large area relatively quickly. Fill in the liquid, let the roller soak, roll. There is no easier way to apply.
