The product came tightly packed, not in a shoe box, which caused the shoes to shrink.
They seem to run a bit small and the shoe doesn't have much cushioning or support at all. For the price they will work as our 8 year old wears out the shoes in less than 3 months.

- The instep is very tight, it is very difficult to put shoes on the foot
