Came exactly as pictured. The instructions state that to clean the back of the phone you must use the alcohol wipe that came with the kit, but there was no alcohol wipe. So I wiped it off with some soap and water. It's been three days and there seems to be a lot stuck to the back of my welly. The only reason I give it 4 stars is that the elastic band is quite tight on my finger when using it and after a while it cuts off the blood flow. I guess they made it that snug because it stretches a bit after some use. Overall very satisfied with the product.
