I love this watch - it sits on my shelf in the office, it's very attractive and gets a lot of compliments. However having only changed the time on it about 4 times I was very disappointed when I went to change it today and one of the valves fell off. I looked for the spot where it fell, hoping it could be easily put back on, and unfortunately it broke and can't be put back on. I've been looking through this listing for a way to contact the seller in hopes of getting a replacement, but it looks like I'm out the window. Very disappointing considering other watches I've bought for a fraction of the cost still work. I would recommend this product if you live in an area that does not have Daylight Saving Time. It seems that the product was created to be asked once and left alone.
