This is a really good collar for large dogs! Mine is an 80 pound English Cream Goldendoodle with longer hair. Its width is 2 inches and the large size is suitable for the height. It looks more expensive than it was and doesn't bother him at all. As he is 8 months old he is not as obedient as our 4 year old. an old mini schnauzer so the collar is the key to get him into the closed kitchen before we leave the house. In addition, if he runs out of the house, it is impossible to catch him without a collar. He's very smart and gets heavier when he knows he's going to be shut down, but if we leave him in the house he always finds something to destroy, even if we're very careful not to leave shoes or papers around him.
