I love the skateboard, it's very strong and looks durable. However, the box arrived with a partial opening at the end, which didn't seem to be a problem except that after unboxing the skateboard, I found that no tools were included. It could also have fallen out during transport. THE COMPANY REPLIED THE SAME DAY and sent the missing tool. Amazing customer service.
