I travel regularly for work and am very environmentally conscious, so I liked the pure zen tea infuser. I read the reviews carefully and thought this might work for me. How difficult was it to ensure all parts of the infusor were dry? Well, let me tell you, it's VERY hard. I followed the directions carefully and the second time I used it it leaked all over the place. Although it was uncomfortable because I was at the airport, it didn't really matter because I drank water. The third time I made sure to wipe everything down and screw everything tight. I stuck a butter knife in (as instructed) to unseal, dry out, and replace. I thought I was definitely sure, but no. Boiling water poured over my dinner and my knees as shown in the picture. If that sounds too good to be true, then it is! It's a piece of junk and I'm lucky it didn't break while in front of a client, traveling or wearing a suit. Be careful.
