I bought this jacket for my 3 year old son who is almost 4 years old. I had to send it back because I bought a size 4-5 thinking it was half the size but not as big. I thought it would be big enough for him to wear for several years but my son is very short so the jacket felt huge to him. I feel that even a 3-4 year old jacket would be great, but I'm still thinking about buying one from him. I had a feeling it would be warm and it seems that even if I got him to put on a sweatshirt first and then a jacket, he would still have room to move his arms comfortably.
